Homebuilt Crash
Two people are lucky to be unharmed, after their plane crashes just outside of Falfurrias. It happened just before 7:30 p.m. Sunday night at Cage Ranch. Officials say a San Antonio couple, Charles Mcdougal and his wife Madeline, were flying to Mcallen when they started having engine trouble. They had to crash land here in the Coastal Bend. The couple called 911 with their GPS location and that’s how sheriff deputies were able to find them. Authorities say they walked away from the crash with out any injuries.
